OMG Mass street was insane last night. After watching the incredible route of Roy’s boys by our very own Kansas Jayhawks I talked my roommates into going downtown to watch the celebration. We parked about 12 blocks away. I did this so my car would be relatively safe and we didn’t have to fight against crazy drivers. Well it was insane as we approached mass street a dull roar could be heard before we could even see downtown. As I approached I was reminded of a parade combined with Burbon street combined with a flash mob. It was literally packed so tight with bodies that we couldn’t move a few times. Here are a few highlights from the evening.

Traffic light and tree scaling
Television camera and flocking people
Flying Beer
Who knows how many drugs
Who knows how many cops hiding
Nudity (male, unfortunately for my eyes)
Rock Chalk Chant
Band playing fight songs
Most of the city of Lawrence packed into one street.

I brought my little point and shoot camera and took a bunch of pictures and video of the craziness.  Those will be posted later.
